Partnerships

Better
together.

We connect companies with university teams through international Formula Student / Formula SAE. Starting with company goals and team needs, we shape basic sponsorship, brand and media work, or technical collaboration for a project or a season.

Start a conversation

For teams.

Tell us what would make a difference to your Formula Student programme. We help turn real needs into a clear proposal and connect the discussion with companies that can contribute relevant support.

Support that fits the project
Funding, products, services and expertise can support engineering work as well as travel, collaboration and team life. Start with the team's priorities, practical conditions and season schedule.
A clear case for collaboration
Define the support needed and the brand, content, talent exchange or technical opportunities the team can offer. Scope, resources, milestones and deliverables are agreed by the company, team and HedgePX.
Space to focus on racing
We support bilingual cross-border communication and coordinate agreed information, activities and content. Application records and feedback help both sides continue a useful conversation.

For brands.

Consumer and lifestyle brands, business services, technology and manufacturing companies can all find a relevant starting point. Choose the goals that matter to you, then shape the cooperation around your resources and the team's needs.

Talent & university relationships
Team exchanges, practical discussions and season collaboration offer ways to understand students' interests, teamwork and engineering practice, while introducing your company, culture and career directions.
International brand storytelling
Combine agreed brand placements with real people, team stories and season milestones. Bilingual content can bring the collaboration back to your Chinese channels, customer conversations and employee communications.
Product & service experience
Bring suitable products or services into team life and project work. Record how they are used and what participants observe, creating useful experience records and content.
Technical application & feedback
Explore real engineering needs through development, testing and race operations. Document product suitability, use and improvement suggestions as a reference for further technical exchange.

Choose your starting point.

First clarify the goal, then combine the resources and cooperation content that fit. The three cooperation options can run independently or together, as a single project or a full season.

Ways to contribute

Different resources can support different forms of cooperation.

Funding
Support an agreed team, project or season programme with funding.
Products & services
Provide products, supplies or services that fit the team's needs.
Expertise
Contribute content production, professional knowledge, operational help or technical support.

Cooperation options

The company, team and HedgePX confirm the scope, resource requirements, milestones and deliverables for each plan.

Basic sponsorship
Support a team or season and explore agreed brand placements on racecars and equipment, apparel, paddock spaces, websites, social channels or event materials.
Brand & media
Create photographs, short videos, team stories, product experience content and bilingual copy around real participation and season milestones. Confirm languages, formats, channels and material usage in the plan.
In-depth technical collaboration
Work on product and material applications, manufacturing and engineering support, or technical exchange around real needs. Record use, suitability and improvement suggestions for continued engineering discussion.

From goals to results.

We help turn an initial need into a proposal, then break the work into clear milestones. The process follows the people, resources and practical conditions involved.

  1. Set goals

Clarify priorities for brand communication, talent connections, technical application or product and service support, alongside the resources available.

  2. Match

Discuss team needs, product suitability, operating conditions, exchange goals, regions and season timing to find a relevant opportunity.

  3. Co-design

Combine support and cooperation content. Agree scope, milestones, participation, deliverables and how the resulting materials may be used.

  4. Coordinate

Support bilingual cross-border communication and coordinate information, activities and content through the agreed project or season.

  5. Document

Bring together brand and media work, talent exchanges, application records and technical feedback. Confirm reusable materials, shared questions and next steps.

You do not need a complete sponsorship plan. A clear goal, a product need or an exchange idea is enough to begin. Start with four questions.

  1. What specific result would you like this cooperation to bring?
  2. Which teams and audiences would you like to connect with, and in which regions?
  3. What funding, products, services or expertise can you contribute?
  4. Are you considering a single project or a full season?
