From brief to a partnership plan.

A useful brief starts with a clear company goal, a team need or an idea for exchange. HedgePX helps turn that starting point into a plan for a project or a full international Formula Student / Formula SAE season.

The work follows five stages, from understanding the objective to recording what was completed.

Clarify the goals

Identify the priority: brand communication, talent connections, technical application, or product and service support. Set out the funding, products, services or expertise the company can contribute.

Teams can share their practical needs, season schedule and existing commitments to help frame a useful discussion.

Match and discuss

Consider team needs, product suitability, operating conditions, exchange objectives, regions and season timing. Discuss potential directions with suitable teams before defining the work.

Co-design the plan

Keep the contribution separate from the cooperation content. Funding, products and services, or expertise can support basic sponsorship, brand and media work, or technical collaboration. These three areas can run independently or combine around the objective.

The company, team and HedgePX confirm the scope, resources, milestones, participation and output formats. For content, agree the language, format, channels and material usage scope so the company knows how it can continue editing, publishing and using the assets.

Coordinate the work

Support bilingual cross-border communication and coordinate information, activities and content through the project or season. Keep progress tied to the agreed milestones.

Document the results

Organise completed brand placements, photos, videos, bilingual copy and asset lists alongside records of professional exchanges, product application and technical feedback.

Identify useful follow-up topics and opportunities for continued communication. Results describe the work actually completed and the material available for future use.

Contact HedgePX to discuss your goals, preferred teams or regions, available resources and project or season timing. A complete sponsorship proposal is not needed to start.
